CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Aerial Flow

This aerial class offers flips, tricks and inversions all while using the silk. The silk is kept at hip height, allowing the hammock to become a swing that supports you during back bends and inversions, while providing you with a unique way of strengthening your core, arms and legs mid-air. You’ll flow and fly in your aerial silk, combining the beauty of yoga and taking flight.

Aerial Fitness

Created for aerialists who want a little more of a challenge, aerial fitness combines the flow and fly sequences in aerial yoga with muscle strengthening techniques. You’ll have a total body awakening using the support of the silk, allowing your muscles and body to open up even more.

Aerial + Barre Fusion

This is a unique blend of aerial and barre movements incorporated into one. You’ll use the support of the silk and the barre as props to help strengthen and tone your entire body. This format will give you the benefits of smaller, isolated movements combined with the freedom of flowing in the silk.

Aerial All levels

Focusing on anyone from the new aerial student willing to learn to the aerial students attending regularly, this class will incorporate movements for all adult students using the silk. You’ll feel the grace aerial provides, while enjoying the benefits of inversions and muscle-toning tricks.

Aerial Bootcamp

Kids Aerial (ages 6-10)

Bring your sweet little yogi to our kid’s aerial class for some fun in the silks! They’ll learn some flips, tricks and inversions using the silk as a tool. The feeling of flying and flipping allows kids to release their energy while being completely supported by the aerial silk.

Ages 6-10 welcome!

pre-Teen/teen Aerial (Ages 11-15)

Teens! This class is structured just for you! You will learn some flips, tricks and inversions using the silk as a tool. The feeling of flying and flipping allows kids to release their energy while being completely supported by the aerial silk.

Ages (11-15) welcome!

Buti Yoga All Levels

“Buti” is an Indian Marathi term meaning “the cure to something that’s been hidden away or kept secret.” This soulful blend of Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga is meant to awaken your primal energy. Buti combines yoga postures, primal flow, tribal dance, intentional shaking, and plyometric movements to create an experience meant to help you break through emotional, mental, and physical barriers.

BARRE EXPRESS

See your barre description below! Barre express will challenge you in just 30 minutes!

All levels welcome! This class will be good for just starting out as it will challenge your body and mind, but for a shortened period of time!

Barre Basics

Learn the very basics of Barre! You'll be taken through each step with lots of instruction, while also getting pushed to do your best. This class will offer a good balance of beginner barre lessons and a strong workout.

All levels welcome! This class will be good for just starting out.

Barre

Challenge your muscles with this traditional-style barre class. Using props such as resistance bands, weights, exercise balls, straps and of course, the barre, you’ll push your muscles to the edge to the point where they’re burning and shaking. Small movements during this class are focused on isolating specific muscle groups, allowing yourself to discover muscles you may not concentrate on in other formats!

All levels welcome! This class will be good for just starting out.

Barre Fusion

This unique format combines the dynamic movements of yoga with the isolated movements of barre. Yoga-barre fusion will give you the benefits that both large and small movements can make in strengthening your core, arms and legs. You’ll use props such as resistance bands, weights and the barre, along with your own body weight through yoga postures, giving you the perfect workout for connecting your body and mind. All levels welcome.

Burning Barre

This class will challenge your barre skills by adding more pulses throughout while also holding your positions longer. Let your body burn and feel strong all at the same time.

Barre Combat

Barre Combat is a 45-minute full-body workout! In this class, we incorporate both isometric work and full range of motion movements through kickboxing. A fast calorie burn in this structured class that tones, strengthens and blasts fat!

Class will end with some stretching, leaving you both relaxed and energized!

Barre Hiit

Taking your barre class to the next level, this HIIT-focused barre class will incorporate the smaller movements barre provides with high intensity interval training interspersed throughout the sequence. You’ll receive both a muscle toning and cardio burst class meant to burst your energy while helping you discover muscles you never knew you had!

Polish Hatha Flow

Hatha joga bazuje na pozycjach (asanach) polaczonych z kontrola oddechu, aby w efekcie uelastycznic i wzmocnic cialo oraz uspokoic rozbiegany umysl. Swiadomy oddech, precyzja wykonywanych asan oraz odpowiednie ulozenie ciala, wyrownuje asymetrie w ciele i wplywa korzystnie na wszelkie dolegliwosci zwiazane z kregoslupem, stawami czy tez ukladem krazenia.

Klasa ta oferowana jest dla osob w kazdym wieku zaczynajacych swoja przygode z joga. W razie mozliwosci prosze o przyniesienie wlasnej maty.
